This class will focus entirely on aligning and strengthening your back muscles. When you experience back pain, this could be because your pelvis/spine is misaligned and weakening your back muscles. This happens frequently when you sit for long hours and/or have strong abdominal muscles. Exercises include the lower and upper back muscles and some very gentle hip openers.
