Come back to centre

When you feel restless and you feel that all the energy is churning around your head, this 20 minute meditation will bring you back to your centre. We work with moving the energy down to the dan tein or dantian (located in the lower belly region). Afterwards, your breath will have settled and you'll feel ready to take on the rest of your day from a calm, peaceful place.
