All round loveliness

This class starts off with some Pranayama, next we move onto all fours for some core activation, going through some creative Sun salutations to create some more heat, opening the hips and shoulders in a wide stance pose. We work our way back to the floor for some further hip opening, twists and forward bending and end with a restorative inversion and lovely Savasana. This class will leave you relaxed, strengthened and ready for the rest of the day.
