Introduction to Handstands

Begin your handstand journey here! Working through a series of smart warm-ups, including wrist and shoulder mobility and strength, locomotion work for abdominal engagement, and getting weight into the hands. We then move onto kicking up into Handstand, both against the wall and free-standing in the middle of the room, through to the 'tuck entry'. This class is wonderful for building strength, improving mobility and learning to move beyond the fear of going upside down.
