A slow and gentle build up of abdominal work to more intense core work. To awaken your core, you will learn to isolate the muscles that layer your abdomen. From the more subtle movements, you will experience the parts of your core that are already awake and perhaps discover some parts that are still dormant. In between, there are some hip openers to take the tension out of the hip flexors. This class is excellent to help the function of the psoas muscle!
