No matter what your type of transportation is, you'll notice that your body will cramp up when travelling. In this yoga class, you'll be guided through a grounding practice that'll make your entire body happy and calm your mind. This practice is a gem even if you haven't travelled today, but are just looking for a gentle, slightly restorative, slightly energising way to a start or end your day. Expect hip openers, deep breaths, a restorative inversion and some standing poses.
