Today is about realising that when we meditate more often, we start to see what lives in our deeper mind. Some of these things we may like; other things - like pain and sadness - we're less comfortable with. These need to be seen and acknowledged in order for them to relax. Awareness is the key here ... to observe and to accept. You don't need to do anything with them, just sit back, relax and be aware.
