Morning bliss

A progressive flow that builds up, adding standing poses on each cycle. We move from a basic flow towards Ardha Chandrasana, to exhilarate and energise. We complete the practice with a calming focus on gentle twists and back bends. A full, rounded practice to uplift and recharge.
