We establish a breathing pattern that will help your nervous system settle down and to activate the rest and digest response of the body. First we flow through some poses like cat cows and Sun Salutations with this particular breathing rhythm. After that we hold poses like Uttanasana (standing forward bend), Adho Mukha Svanasana (downward facing dog pose), Malasana (squat pose), Sphinx pose and Paschimottanasana (seated forward bend) for slightly longer, to allow the mind and body to relax even more deeply...
