Practice honoring how you feel and take it from there. We start with a short meditation, then move on with some seated poses to ground and restore, and then we slowly shift towards some more movement—but we practice all the Yoga poses with great respect for how we feel. When we completely accept this moment as it is, our feeling state can shift and the energy system can restore itself.
