When all you have is 30 minutes and you want a nice stretchy asana practice that also includes touches of philosophy, this one's for you! We start with Breath of Joy, then three Sun Salutations, followed by two standing waves. Finish on the floor with a few seated poses and then back to life… back to reality… aligned with the moment.
