In Vinyasa flow, the breath is used to link the asana (poses) from one to another. The breath "threads" the asana together, making it a dynamic flowing sequence. In this easy to follow class, you will get a sense of moving in synchronicity with your breath, utilizing it as a guide to take you from one form to another. This class can serve as an introduction to Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) With mostly standing poses Tadasana, Uttanasana, lunges, Adho Mukha Svanasana, Virabhadrasana II, Utthita Parsvakonasana, Utkatasana
