It's that time of the year again: we want to stay in bed, on the couch, we eat and drink and buy too much... This class is an antidote to all that: we generate a lot of heat and use our strength to burn away some laziness and move some energy. Warning: we may not look cool doing some of this, which is a great practice in itself ;-)
