Join Esther and her students for a fun, flowing Vinyasa class. We start with a warm-up before moving into a non-linear Sun Salutation. We then add some standing poses, including Triangle and Warrior II, Wide-legged forward bend and Tree pose, ending with either a Handstand or Legs up the wall pose - yogi's choice. An energising and positive start to the day.
