Feeling your balance

In this class you will practise different balancing poses that invite you to feel where your balance point is in your body; to find the place between doing and being, effort and letting go. From relaxation, you can start to tune into your body and feel more deeply where this 'bliss point' is, so you feel balanced on all levels after class. This class focuses on opening the hips and hamstrings in balancing poses. With Anantasana (Vishnu's Couch pose), Akarna Dhanurasana (Shooting Bow pose), Urdhva Mukha Paschimottanasana and more.
