If you don’t fight with life, life simply helps you, takes you on its shoulders... The opening song of this music flow class is the philosophical theme to a challenging, all-round asana flow practice. Lots of hip opening and twisting poses; some balancing and forward and backward movements. Just like life, we learn to be resistance-free and go with the flow. There are a couple of tripod headstands in the class so take care of yourself and as always, honour where your body is now.
