Hand (ball) yoga

Have a small soft massage ball or tennis ball handy for this class. If your hands or wrists are stiff, painful or you have poor circulation, this class will help to address these issues. In this very gentle class, there will be no weight bearing. You will use a ball to massage your hands, find trigger points and do deep yet gentle stretches for your fingers, palms and wrists, that will help create more softness, strength and flexibility in your hands and even forearms. Includes finger stretches, shoulder stretches, massage and finger strengthening exercises
