I came up with this sequence after climbing a mountain and experiencing stiffness in my hips, legs, calves and feet afterward. This class releases tension in the quads, hamstrings, outer hips and lower back and is wonderful for the feet and calves. I felt a lovely relief and release; I hope you will too!
