Prana flows where the attention goes... so in this 'gentle' practice, we shift the attention between your hands and your feet to help spread awareness and Prana (life force) through your entire body. Poses will vary from classical yoga to exploratory to self-massage and are designed to leave the hands and wrists and feet and ankles opened and full of life.
