Morning yoga for a brighter day
A general practice to start your day joyfully, wonderfully embracing a calming breath. Open up to a day full of possibility, awake the solar plexus and the abdominal breath. Move your spine gently to awake the Nadis (energy channels) of the body. We start with Cat Cow posture, opening into lunges and chest openers, enjoying breath coordinated Cobra/Bujangasana, a calming forward bend and we finish with a supine abominal breathing session. Have a gorgeous day!
