Learn how rotating your legs outwards will bring flexibility and freedom to your hips, helping you to release tension on your lower back. It is a very safe movement if you are recovering from lower back pain or a herniated disc in the lumbar area. In a playful way we will experience Lotus pose at the end of the practice - do what you can! If you feel pain or tension in your knees try half Lotus. Opening the hips requires a lot of patience and perseverance, so keep coming back to this practice as often as you can . Enjoy!
