In this fun and tough class we work on a physical level towards Uttitha Padangusthasana and Vasisthasana and the different variations. We start with Sun salutation A and B, warm up the hips and legs, strengthen and prepare the core, and work on balance to prepare us for the peak pose. Hopefully after the physical challenges of this practice, you’ll find that stillness is easier to access.
