The pelvis, hip joint and thighbone are connected but to have free hip movement, the thighbone moves independently from the hip joint. In order to release the psoas, sometimes some other muscles need to open first, other muscles need to engage more. Find out where you may be blocked in the hips and how to use asana as a way to more freedom. With CRP, Table and Cat stretches. Virabhadrasana I and Prasarita Padottasana, Badda Konasana.
