Restorative sequence focusing on the opening of the hips and groins. This sequence is also great to do when you have your period, it helps lower and ease the menstrual pains. The inversions at the end are not to be practiced if you have your period, just go straight to Savasana when the sequence gets to Headstand.
Props needed: 2 blocks and a belt.
