A basic yoga class with poses and sequences I have taught many times before, but with the awareness of the HERE and NOW. We start by lying on the floor to warm up the hips and lower back. Then some standing poses with nothing fancy and then back to the floor to finish. Same yoga practice like always... and some integrated philosophy on how to bring the joy and life into the same stuff we deal with again and again in life.
