We start with some neck and shoulder releasing somatic stretches, a few Yin Yoga poses to further work on releasing tension form upper back, shoulder, neck and arms. After that we continue into a variation of Sun Salutations to gently stimulate the body and to get the fluids going.. You will feel energized after and your neck, shoulders and arms will thank you!
