Yoga for Beginners Course Class 3 - Fundamentals of flow

You'll learn the fundamentals of flow, and build up strength in the upper body and core while you practise transitions between poses. Please bear in mind that during this class you may want to skip a few repetitions and just watch. You can repeat this class a few times to gradually build strength to be able to do everything.
