The route to strength

Work on your strength with these yoga classes which increase in length and intensity. When we’re stronger on the outside we become more resilient to dealing with life’s challenges.

We recommend you follow classes 1 to 5 in this order. Repeat each class until you feel comfortable to move on to the next. The 6th class is a meditation you can practice daily. Aim to practice twice a week and take as long as you need to work through the classes.
