Saturday March 25th 10.00 - 12.30
“Open the windows to your day” Pranayama / Vinyasa / Meditation
We will start with Pranayama to charge our energy system and then sit in meditation for a while to enjoy this energy. Next we will focus on taking all of the major joints through their complete range of movement for an energetically balanced practice. Having then prepared the hips, spine and shoulders so beautifully – letting go of any built up tension in the process – our bodies are fully ready for some flow and heart opening backbends to enjoy. Of course we will slow it down again, ending with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra.

“Let the stillness be your nourishment' Yin yoga / meditation
On a physical level we will nourish and rejuvenate the adrenal glands. During periods of stress our adrenals become taxed and we will use stillness, supported backbends and gentle forward folds as therapy to support them. On a more spiritual level, we will explore two levels of stillness. The first level of stillness is about being with yourself to get to know yourself. This is accomplished by being wide awake and aware, allowing everything to be as it is as you deliberately relax into yourself. The second level of stillness involves living your daily life with this new sense of awareness of yourself. In other words, meditation in action.
Sunday March 26th 10.00 - 12.30
“The pulse of life“ Pranayama and Meditation workshop
We start with a pranayama session, explaining the techniques first, before practicing them in a sequence that takes about 30 minutes - great to take away for a home practice, if you so wish. After that we meditate, again first learning a few different techniques you can take away for your practice at home.
13.30 - 16.00
“Heart centered awareness” Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga and Meditation
During this workshop we will practice meditation in motion, first during the flowing part of the practice, next during the Yin part where we hold poses for longer, and then finally during the still part where there is only the movement of breath and awareness.
When you start to take this off the mat and into the world and begin living your life from heart-centered awareness rather than from head-centered awareness, you will really begin to enjoy the benefits of a healthier, happier and more fulfilled you.

How to get there by bus?
It takes only 25 minutes to get to Bereldange from Luxembourg City centre.
Take bus no. 10 (direction Steinsel) or no. 11 (direction Walferdange). Exit at the bust stop Bäreldeng - Schoul (by the Q8 petrol station).
(every 10 minutes Mon-Sat, every 20 minutes on Sundays)
