Bike accident recovery
This playlist is to aid recovery following a bike accident and in particular injuries to legs. Whilst the playlist has suited my specific needs, other yogis should obviously get medical advice before doing anything and listen carefully to their body to avoid further damage. For me the critical thing was to release the tension and trauma I was holding in my hips which actually took over 3 months. 7 months later, and 90% recovered, I am so thankful to Yoga, and Ekhart Yoga in particular, for helping heal my mind, body and spirit.
