You'll also find the link to it under the first class in this playlist. These classes are for the first stages of your pregnancy. They are designed to support you and your baby. Please note that if you are starting yoga for the first time then it is not recommended that you begin in the first trimester without a teacher apart from breathing techniques, gentle movements and meditation. If in any doubt please ask for permission from your doctor.  Don't forget to listen to your body.  Please remember to trust your own body. While in class, you are doing something that feels 'wrong' or painful .. STOP. Trust that your body knows what's best...
