This playlist includes general classes for all stages of your pregnancy and some specifically created for your second trimester. They can be mixed and matched to keep your practice going during your pregnancy.  You'll find some Hatha, Vinyasa flows, Yin Yoga, Restorative and classes for experienced practitioners. Please remember to listen to your body and choose your class according to what is right for you that day.
