Working towards - the lotus pose

The lotus pose is a root chakra pose. It requires open hips, therefore I added some hip opening sequences on different levels and a strengthening for the hips to counterbalance all the hip opening. Two lessons, a short and a longer one, are dedicated to the lotus pose itself, and if you have found a comfortable seated position, you may want to breath yourself open from inside out with Anna.
