Yoga with your Baby
Do you want to do yoga with your baby? Then this playlist is for you! We cover topics for the moms like diastasis recti, how to release leg, back and shoulder tensions and we will do poses that strengthen your abdominal, leg and back muscles, open up your chest and twist the spine. For your baby starting from at least 3 months old, we will do poses in a playful manner that are enhancing digestion and blood circulation, strengthen the hip muscles and aid in practicing balance, crawling and pushing up. But most of all these sessions are meant to be fun and are a great way for you and your baby to spend time together and connect with each other, sharing joy and love.
