GENTLE Yoga For Strength
My husband and I have been doing Yoga together for 50 years. These classes are a mix of gentle poses held for several minutes, to gentle flows, lots of stretching and strength poses. Some of the classes are quite active and others are more relaxed. They are also varied lengths and all are taught by Esther. We do Yoga every day and it is wonderful to have such a wide variety of gentle yoga classes to suit our mental moods and our body's physical needs. I think you will really enjoy these classes.
