This Week: Sat, Oct 28–Sat, Nov 4
Daily Classes for mental, emotional, physical balance with a mix of movement and meditation. Longer classes for the weekend and shorter classes for weekdays. Teachers: Esther Ekhart and Marlene Smits This week I'm bringing myself back into a regular daily practice. In my job as a Photographer/Art Director I spend a lot of time either behind a computer or behind a camera. So I need more regular stretching, strengthening and centering to counteract the physical and mental effects of both. Oct. 28th: Stiff and achy hips, low back, shoulders and neck. Medium energy and anxiety. Feeling optimistic and empowered. Nov. 5th: I practiced all classes over the last 9 days but skipped rooting and grounding and slow release energy. Hips and low back feel good with just a little discomfort. Neck is a little tense. Medium-low level of anxiety and feeling energized.
