What to expect
Each day you will get a new guided meditation class from Esther Ekhart. These classes are designed so that you can practice them anywhere that you have a quiet place to sit or lie - on the floor, cushion or a chair.
Who is it for?
The classes will be accessible for people who are new to yoga and meditation as well as seasoned meditators and that's why we want to encourage everyone to take part in this program!
How to join
To access this program you first need be an EkhartYoga member. With an EY membership you get unlimited access, not only to this program, but over 80 other specially designed yoga programs AND 2000+ yoga and meditation videos.
