What to expect
Each day you will get a new guided meditation class from Esther Ekhart. These classes are designed so that you can practice them anywhere that you have a quiet place to sit or lie - on the floor, cushion or a chair.
Who is it for?
The classes will be accessible for people who are new to yoga and meditation as well as seasoned meditators and that's why we want to encourage everyone to take part in this programme!
How to join
