Introduction

What to expect?

In this 3 week programme you can expect a delicious combination of

Fun Fit Flows Lots of Vinyasa classes that are paced to get your blood pumping and your body energised

Mindful and MellowSlow classes with an emphasis on awareness, you can expect a good mix yoga styles

Classes alternate between 'fun and fit' and 'mindful and mellow' over the 3 weeks. The classes will build up gradually in length to help you get into a regular yoga habit. The videos in week 1 are all around 20 mins, week 2 around 30 mins and week 3 around 40 mins. We finish up the programme with two longer classes.

Who is it for?

This programme is suitable for all levels except those completely new to yoga.
