Practicing yoga in the morning can be challenging, but very much worth it. You will begin to feel more energetic, flexible and strong and you will notice improved sleep rhythms and increased metabolism!
What to expect?
The classes in this guided online yoga program are all around 30 minutes long. These 'all level' classes are a mix of yoga styles to help you develop a well rounded practice.
