About this programme
Energising morning yoga classes
The classes are active Vinyasa yoga or Hatha yoga, so they are perfect for mornings. The classes are suitable for all levels. They build up steadily in duration over the 30 days, to make it easy for you to get into the daily habit of yoga.
Every seventh day you'll give your body a rest with a more relaxing yoga class, meditation or yoga nidra session. Click the Start programme button to get started
