Explore Hatha yoga in this 5 part programme with Esther Ekhart. Hatha yoga is the basis for many other yoga styles and this programme will help you establish a firm foundation for your yoga practice. 

What to expect?

This programme consists of 5 main classes plus articles to support your practice. You will learn the basic alignment principles of different groups of poses like warming up poses and Sun Salutations, standing poses, seated poses, backbends and finishing poses. In the last class, everything is brought together in a full Hatha yoga class that lasts an hour.

This will give you a strong foundation for most level 1 Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes.

How does it work? 

You need to have an EkhartYoga membership to join this program. Then simply roll out your mat and get started with Day 1!
