What to expect?

Esther introduces a new technique in every class in this five-part programme, ending in a full basic meditation class where she combines all the concepts and techniques learned in the previous classes. 

  • Learn how to sit comfortably for meditation.
  • Learn different meditation techniques to build up a regular meditation practice.

Meditation is an integral part of your yoga practice but also extremely beneficial in its own right.

To enjoy the benefits of meditation aim to practise at least three or four times a week. Try to stick to the same time each day to develop a habit. Early in the morning works well for many people if you can.

This programme is available to all EkhartYoga members and is designed for anyone to be able to follow.
