Cultivate balance and strength by blending both Yin and Yang yoga aspects in one class.
- Improve your strength, energy and fitness with Yang yoga, including Vinyasa flows and longer held standing poses
- Promote relaxation and healing with the Yin aspect of the class. Think Yin yoga poses as well as restorative and meditative yoga.
What to expect
Three classes a week between 30 and 90 minutes long. Each week starts with a class from Esther Ekhart and includes classes from José de Groot, Irina Verwer, Anat Geiger, Jeff Phenix, Francesca Guisti and Sandra Carson.
Who is it for?
The Yin Yang Yoga programme is suitable for all levels. Our teachers will offer different variations on the more advanced poses so that everyone can join in.
