This beginners' series teaches you the foundation of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a dynamic yoga style that links the movement with the breath.
What to expect?
This programme consists of 5 tutorials. In the first four tutorials, Esther guides you through the foundational poses, the breath and flow of Vinyasa Yoga.
She builds up the classes slowly, repeating what you've learned and introducing new poses and concepts. The fifth class is a full length, level 1, Vinyasa Flow class that incorporates all that you've learned.
This style of yoga requires physical energy and for your mind to stay focused. This helps you to be present in your body rather than stuck in your head.
