Introduction

Just 10 minutes of meditation can make a big difference to your day.

Each day you will get a new 10 minute guided meditation class from Esther Ekhart. These classes are suitable for everyone whether you're new to meditation or have a regular practice already. You can practise them anywhere that you have a quiet place to sit or lie down.

Follow the classes in order. Try to practise one class a day. You might like to take it to your workplace and practise with co-workers before your day starts.

If you miss a day don't be disheartened, it happens! Just try to pick up where you left off again when you can.
