Join us and practice yoga for a month. Establish a regular home yoga practice and build a healthy yoga habit.

Practise 3 Vinyasa flow classes, one meditation and one Yin yoga class every week for four weeks. The classes build up gradually making it accessible to everyone. Each week has a different focus.
