What to expect?
During this four week program you can choose to practice 7 days a week or 3/4 times a week. This choice is yours. This well balanced program offers classes that focus on strength, flexibility and relaxation throughout each week and offers great opportunity for you experience different teachers and styles while still following a structured program.

Who is it for?
If you are very familiar with yoga and you want to develop a regular yoga practice then this program is for you! It does includes a mix of yoga levels so it's not recommended for beginners.
