Release tension within the muscles, fascia/connective tissues of the body.
What to expect
In this three week programme you will practise three classes a week including a:
- Hatha yoga class
- Yin yoga class
- Yoga Nidra
The Hatha and Yin classes focus on the problematic and typically tight areas within the body including the neck, shoulders, lower back and legs. We pay close attention to the muscles, ligaments and tendons of these commonly tight areas including the tensor fascia latae area, hamstrings, QL area, psoas and external hip rotators.
At the end of each week, the Yoga Nidra class will help you to integrate the opening of your body with a conscious surrendering of your mind.
Who is it for?
Ideal for those who need some deep relaxation of body and mind - or in other words, everyone!
Yoga level: This programme is suitable for all levels except complete beginners.
