Explore new ways of moving and revolutionise your yoga!
This programme will inspire you to try new ways of moving that 'colour outside of the lines' of traditional yoga poses to help you understand what works best for your body. We'll sway, wave, spiral, shake, dance and flow - there may even be the odd (peaceful) 'karate punch' in there!
About this programme
3 weeks, 3 teachers, infinite inspiration...
The classes are active Vinyasa, Hatha and Budokon yoga - a style that combines yoga with elements of martial arts. Each week will feature a different teacher and theme. The classes are suitable for all levels apart from complete beginners (try this instead) as it's assumed you are familiar with some key yoga poses.
- Week 1: Esther Ekhart - Your body, your way
- Week 2: Julie Martin - Intelligent rebellion
- Week 3: Gilda Goharian - Mix up your movement
The programme kicks off with Esther Ekhart, who guides you through some of the most commonly-used yoga poses and invites you to move through them in a way that honours your individual body. Week 2 features Julie Martin who, with her unique style and humour encourages you to be intelligently rebellious. In the final week, Gilda Goharian invites you to mix up your movement with some Martial Arts inspired Budokon yoga.
