Hatha yoga refers to the physical aspects of yoga including Asana, meditation and Pranayama. It is t...he basis of most physical forms of yoga practiced today. You tend to spend longer in poses in a Hatha class compared to yoga styles such as Vinyasa Flow. So these programs are a great place for beginners to learn the foundations of poses, but they are also suitable if you are experienced and want to advance or deepen your practice.
